DIRECTOR OF NURSING- Mesa, AZ

Paramount Surgery Center of Mesa, a physician/hospital joint venture located in Mesa, AZ in is a state licensed, Medicare certified and accredited (AAAHC) multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. Paramount consists of three ORs and one minor procedure room and provides first-class surgical services in a safe, welcoming environment.

The Director of Nursing position requires an individual with strong leadership skills in a collaborative physician environment and high standards of commitment to their staff and patients.

The Director of Nursing will report directly to the VP of Clinical Operations and the Governing Board.  The Director of Nursing will lead, direct and administer all clinical oversight and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
RN with a minimum 3 years of O.R. management experience preferably in an ASC.  Current operating room nurse experience is required. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of rules, regulations, infection control and accreditation standards pertaining to ambulatory surgery.
