2018 AASCA Conference: Exhibitor

The annual AASCA conference will be held June 28-29, 2018 at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we would like to invite you to exhibit.  The hotel block fills up quickly so you are encouraged to reserve your room right away.  Please pay your exhibit fee, then submit your registration form that was sent to you by email.

Please make your registration selection below.  If you would like to join the attendees for lunch on either day, please make sure to select that below so we can include you in the meal count.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?  AASCA will pay for WiFi. You will have a 6 ft table, table linens and 2 chairs.  You are invited to join us for all the meals provided during the conference.  Your exhibit fee includes 1-2 reps and any additional reps are $200 to help cover catering costs ($250 after 3.1.18).  (Exception: sponsors may bring additional reps at no additional charge)  Prior to the conference, a list of attendees will be sent to you.

Refund Information

Refunds minus $100 handling fee will be granted until June 1st.  No refunds after June 1, 2018.
