Facility Membership is available to ASCs operating or in development within the state of Arizona. Existing ASCs must be accredited, Medicare certified or state licensed. The annual membership fee is $300.
Vendor Membership is available to most distributors, manufacturers, suppliers and professionals who serve ASCs within Arizona. Sponsors may choose from three different levels, which afford several benefits as well as affiliation with the our Association.
Membership with the Association helps us in several ways and provides the support necessary to fund ASC advocacy in Arizona as well as events, publications and administration.
